• A recent utility bill or bank statement (for address verification).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used.

Deposits, withdrawals, or bonus claims may be restricted until identity verification is completed.

3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account username and password completely confidential. Sharing your login credentials with anyone else or sharing your account is strictly prohibited.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following methods are accepted for depositing funds to 444ck: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (e.g., Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (one hundred taka).

• You must only use a payment method registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited.
• Upon a successful deposit, your account balance will be updated instantly.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes after verification.

• Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily held until identity verification is completed.
• Withdrawals will not be processed if the wagering requirements of an active bonus have not been met.
• If unusual or suspicious activity is detected, additional verification will be required.

4.3 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Foreign currencies are not accepted.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus — total balance will be ৳2,000. Or depositing ৳22,000 gives the maximum ৳10,000 bonus — total balance will be ৳32,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times (10x) the bonus amount — applied to the bonus only, not the deposit amount. For example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus become withdrawable.

• The bonus will be credited automatically after the first deposit only.
• Bonus funds can be used to play any game, however certain games may contribute partially or not at all toward the wagering requirement.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is fulfilled.
• Wagering must be completed within a specified period from the date the bonus is claimed; otherwise the bonus will be forfeited.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• One welcome bonus applies per person, household, address, or device.
• If bonus abuse (bonus hunting, arbitrage, etc.) is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided.
• 444ck reserves the right to modify or cancel promotional terms at any time.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 444ck platform. Violations will result in permanent account closure and confiscation of funds:

• Operating multiple accounts or claiming multiple bonuses.
• Using a false identity or forged documents.
• Using a third-party account or payment method.
• Hacking, using software exploits, or automated bots.
• Money laundering or conducting any illegal financial activity.
• Threatening or harassing other users or staff.
• Exploiting any system bug or error for personal gain.
• Bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or using guaranteed profit strategies.

7 Platform Usage Rules

7.1 Service Availability

444ck makes reasonable efforts to keep the platform running 24/7. However, temporary disruptions may occur due to maintenance, server upgrades, or unexpected technical issues. 444ck will not be liable for any loss arising from such circumstances.

7.2 Gaming Errors

If a game result is incorrectly displayed due to a software or network issue, that round will be considered void and the staked amount will be refunded. Any unusual winnings displayed as a result of a technical error are not valid.

7.3 Betting Rules

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed. All bet outcomes are determined in accordance with the rules of the relevant game provider. For sports betting, if an event is cancelled, the staked amount will be refunded.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

• Technical irregularities or security risks on the account.
• Bonus abuse or fraudulent activity.

10.2 Closure by the User

You can request closure of your account at any time by emailing [email protected]. Any remaining balance can be withdrawn before the account is closed, however bonus funds for which wagering requirements have not been met will be forfeited.

11 Limitation of Liability

444ck accepts no liability in the following circumstances:

• Financial loss caused by the user's own negligence or error.
• A game ending mid-session due to an internet disconnection.
• Issues arising from a defect in a third-party game provider's software.
• Loss caused by disclosing account credentials to another person.
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, government orders, cyberattacks, etc.).

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 444ck's total liability in any case will not exceed the actual amount deposited by the user in the relevant 12-month period.

12 Changes to Terms

444ck reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms at any time. Updated terms will take effect as soon as they are published on the website.

Continuing to use the platform after updated terms have been published means you have accepted the new terms. If you object to the new terms, stop using the platform and submit a request to close your account.
